Refund Policy
Reservation Deposits

All reservation deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure your event date and trailer and are applied toward your total rental cost.
Full Payment Refunds
If full payment (including deposit) has been made, the following terms apply:

7+ Days Before Event:
Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. -
3–6 Days Before Event:
50% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the deposit). -
Within 48 Hours of Event:
No refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling

You may reschedule your event once, free of charge, if requested at least 5 days in advance, subject to availability.

Rescheduling less than 5 days before the event may result in a rescheduling fee.
No-Shows and Same-Day Cancellations

If our team arrives for delivery and the event is canceled or access to the site is unavailable:

No refund will be issued.

A return fee or standby fee may apply.
Weather Conditions

We operate rain or shine. Refunds will not be given due to weather unless we deem conditions unsafe for delivery or use. In that case, we will attempt to reschedule or offer a credit.
Service Interruptions

In the rare event we are unable to deliver the trailer due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., mechanical failure, extreme weather, or road closures), we will issue a full refund or apply credit to a future rental.
Damage or Misuse

Refunds will not be issued for rentals cut short due to misuse, customer-caused damage, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
